This is one of my fav beef recipe....and the baked beans, an old recipe handed down to me by my grandfather. The beef tips is a recipe from my late brother...and it is great using deer or moose meat. Simple to make and so flavourful.
I use my wood stove for cooking most of the time and love how it makes my food taste.
