有剩余的香蕉,别浪费,来做免揉香蕉面包、香蕉餐包。这个食谱做法简单,不用揉面不用面包机,面团在醒面过程会自然揉面。面团加了香蕉,增添了自然甜味和满满香蕉味。面包整形也简单,整成可爱小餐包型,在包裹了烤香的核桃。烤好立刻抹上热牛油,外皮立刻增添光泽。就算没揉面,撕开面包,柔软蓬松拉丝,回弹力好。满满香蕉甜香味和香脆核桃,好吃。
收藏方式:烤好吃最佳。烤好放凉收密封塑料袋,室温3天。要保存更长,冷冻在冰库那里,吃前解冻即可。
If you have leftover bananas, don't waste them, make No Knead Banana Bread Loaf/Banana Buns. This recipe is simple, no kneading or no bread machine, the dough will knead naturally during the proofing process. Bananas are added to dough for natural sweetness filled with banana flavor. Easy shaping of the bread, shaped into a cute little buns, which is wrapped with roasted walnuts. While hot smeared with thin layer of butter to promote shining crust. Tear open the bread while warm, even without kneading, they are soft and fluffy, with good bounce back. Full of banana sweet aroma and crunchy walnuts, delicious.
Storage Method: Best eaten after baked. Once baked, let cool and put in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature up to 3 days. To keep it longer, freeze it in the freezer, thaw before eating.

27g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
36g Roasted Walnuts烤香核桃

=Top Glaze涂层=
Butter (Soften) 牛油(软化)
(Preheated Oven 180C: 20-25minutes) (Halfway rotate baking tray to heat evenly)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(预热烤箱180C:20-25分钟) (中途转烤盘受热均匀)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
