RECIPE
▼材料 Ingredients
砂糖 Sugar 100g
水 Water 50g
蘇打粉 Baking Soda 5g
即溶咖啡粉 Instant Coffee 8g
熱水 Hot water 30ml
鮮奶 Milk 300ML
▼步驟 Instructions
1.砂糖、水一起加入有深度的鍋內
2.加熱至約150度,過程中不要攪拌
3.關火,立即加入蘇打粉
4.靜置至少半小時讓糖漿冷卻完全凝固
5.將鮮奶,即溶咖啡倒入杯中,最後加入焦糖脆脆享用
