HOW TO COOK MANHATTAN STEAKS SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 1:30hrs @ (131°F / 55°C)

* Homemade Sauce Recipe *
Left over meat browned on pan
1/4 cup white onions
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp salted butter
Salt to taste

4 tbsp heavy cream (or milk)
3 tbsp sharp cheddar
3 tbsp cream cheese
