Here I demonstrate a very simple method of adding flashing lights to a HO scale police car. It’s amazing what a couple of small flashing LEDs can do to bring a scene to life!
This technique can be used not only for your model railroad to add a police scene but if you model small dioramas or even war gaming terrain, adding flashing lights like this can greatly improve the scenery.
The method is very simple and made even easier with the Woodland Scenics Just Plug light system although using a battery or old phone charger can give similar results.
