(YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE WITH ½ CUP CONDENSED MILK OR 1/2 CUP CURD)
½ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP OIL
BLEND ALL TOGETHER
1 CUP FLOUR (1 CUP = 250 ml)
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A BOWL
MIX THE FLOUR MIXTURE GRADUALLY
IF YOU NEED YOU CAN ADD 2 TBSP MILK
MIX WELL
TAKE A MOULD & BRUSH SOME OIL
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
BRUSH SOME OIL
POUR THE BATTER
PLACE A PAN WITH WIRE STAND
PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD INSIDE
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
DEMOULD THE CAKE
