Fluffy Raisins Milk Bread Loaf made with All-purpose flour 松软拉丝,不用揉膜,面团自己就是这么神奇,晾凉放入食品保鲜袋,室温保存,隔天也不硬,孩子超喜欢吃。

lukewarm milk 215 ml 温牛奶215毫升
instant yeast 4 g / 1 tsp 酵母4克
all-purpose flour or bread flour 350 g 2+1/2 cup 中筋面粉或面包粉350克
white sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp 白糖15克
salt 3 g / 1/2 tsp 盐3克
whole egg 52 g+- 鸡蛋1个 52克
unsalted butter 30 g / 2 tbsp 无盐黄油30克
olive oil 7 ml / 1/2 tbsp 橄榄油7毫升
raisin 50 g 葡萄干50克
Dried cranberries 35 g 蔓越莓干35克

pan size 14㎝×23㎝ 烤盘尺寸 14㎝×23㎝
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 28 minutes 预热好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤28分钟
