今天做了我童年画出来的蛋糕,哈哈。。日式草莓奶油蛋糕~网上看到这款蛋糕好受世界各地的欢迎。因为日式甜品都会很蓬松柔软,且一点都不油腻~所以可以一人吃完一粒蛋糕~
软绵绵又不干燥的蛋糕,加上蓬松轻盈的奶油霜和新鲜多汁的草莓,真的又纯真漂亮,又好吃。

♦食谱 =7'英寸蛋糕=
190克(3-4颗) 鸡蛋
100克 细纱糖
13克 葡萄糖浆
½茶匙 香草精
102克 面粉
18克 玉米淀粉
少许 盐
33克 无盐牛油
53克 牛奶
(烤箱175C:35-40分钟)

=馅料=
600毫升 奶油(冷)
40-60克 细纱糖
1½茶匙 香草精
250克 鲜草莓 
糖水 (¼杯水+¼杯糖煮至沸腾)

=布置=
威尔顿2C裱花嘴
805 裱花嘴


Today, I made the cake I painted during my childhood, haha. . Japanese Strawberry Shortcake ~ Saw this cake is very popular on the Internet all around the world. As Japanese desserts are very fluffy, soft, and not greasy at all - so you can finish the whole cake by your own~
The soft moist cake, plus light fluffy whipped cream and fresh juicy strawberries, are purely beautiful and delicious.

190g (3-4) Eggs
100g Caster Sugar
13g Glucose Syrup
½tsp Vanilla Extract
102g All Purpose Flour
18g Corn Starch
Pinch of Salt
33g Unsalted Butter
53g Milk
(Oven 175C: 35-40minutes)

=Fillings=
600ml Whipping Cream (Cold)
40g-60g Caster Sugar
1½tsp Vanilla Extract
250g Fresh Strawberries
Simple Syrup (¼Cup Water + ¼Cup Sugar cook till boil)

=Decoration=
Wilton 2C Tip
Piping Bag 805
