本日の動画は日本で唯一の金平糖専門店 京都「緑寿庵清水」さん工房密着動画です！

かの戦国武将、織田信長も宣教師から贈られたとされる金平糖。
異国ポルトガルからもたらされたそのひときわ美しいお菓子の製造法は当時からー際秘密でした。
（ポルトガル語では「confeito」コンフェイトと呼ばれる）

今回その貴重過ぎる金平糖の秘密の製造工程を、可能な範囲で撮影させていただく事ができました。

一子相伝で173年に渡り受け継がれる伝統の味と製法。

熟練の職人が技術を駆使し、試行錯誤して生み出す豊富な色彩と新しい味。

現在中学生とお伺いした将来有望の未来の６代目。
(今回ご紹介した空中すいかの金平糖を発案されたそうです。)

Today's video is a close-up video of "Ryokujyuan Shimizu" Kyoto, the only specialty store in Japan for "Konpeito".

"Konpeito" is said to have been presented by a missionary to "Nobunaga Oda".

From the time, the method of making the exceptionally beautiful sweets from exotic Portugal was a secret.
(In Portuguese it's called the "confeito")

This time, I was able to take a shoot of the secret precious manufacturing process of Konpeito, to the extent possible.

A wealth of colors and new tastes created by experienced craftsmen through trial and error, making full use of technology.

The 6th generation master of the future who is currently interviewing junior high school students.
