No Knead Bread made by all -purpose flour & Peanut Butter So fluffy & Yummy Bread 做面包真的不用揉手套膜,一样会松软拉丝。免揉牛奶手撕面包,很香又低糖,孩子超喜欢。

lukewarm (35-37℃) milk 200 ml 温牛奶(35-37℃) 200毫升
all-purpose flour or bread flour 350 g 2+1/2 cup 中筋面粉或面包粉350克
yeast 3 g (1 tsp) 酵母3克
White sugar 5 g 1 tsp 白糖5克
whole egg 50 g +- 鸡蛋一个50克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐3克
unsalted butter 20 g 无盐黄油20克
olive oil 5 ml 1 tsp 橄榄油5毫升


peanut butter 150 g 花生酱150克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐3克
room temperature water 35 ml +- 2 tbsp + 1 tsp 凉水35毫升
green onion as needed (optional) 葱花(可以不加)


egg wash 蛋液

Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 28 mins 预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度烤28分钟
