This week, we tour this wonderfully transformed 3-room 720 sqft HDB flat (you absolutely have to see the before photos). Built at a cost of $100k, the finished look is a classy one - and gives off a really luxurious boutique-hotel vibe. It is self-designed, but that isn't a surprise here given that homeowners Jacinda and Ben are interior designers themselves.

We really like the comfy sofa - it's the size of a single bed so it can double up as a guest bed. And for those who love lounging in front of the TV anyways this is perfect for that. The kitchen also holds such a functional feature - a direct tap that you can fill up your pots on the hob with. It makes so much sense for those who cook a lot. Instead of filling up your pot at the sink and lugging it to the hob, you can pretty much do it there and then.
