🍞Ingredients
1. Dough
190ml/1.8cup Lukewarm Milk
25g/2tbsp Sugar
4g/1/2tbsp Instant yeast
40g/2tbsp Condensed milk
300g/2cup Bread flour
3g/1/2tsp Salt
28g/2tbsp Unsalted butter
2. Filling
30g/2tbsp Unsalted butter
30g/1.5tbsp Condensed milk
10g/4tsp Milk powder

Pan size: 23cm/9‘’

Preheat the Oven at 170°C (340°F) bake for 25 minutes
