Out of work during the COVID-19 pandemic with a baby on the way, Randy Lau decided to pursue his passion for storytelling and desire to preserve his Chinese heritage by starting a YouTube channel - with his former restaurateur father as the star. In a few short months, the Made with Lau channel took off and has not only turned into a successful family business, but enabled Randy to celebrate his father’s legacy by sharing his recipes with the world and connect with a larger community.
