400gr boilded or steamed potatos, mashed
100gr cheddar cheese
90gr cornstarch
1/4 tsp of salt

HOT CHEESE SAUCE
20gr butter
1tbs wheat flour
1/4 tsp chili powder (if you want it more spicy, you can add more)
100gr cheddar cheese
1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
