A couple of topics have been coming up a lot recently in my messages and comments so I thought we could chat about it! How do you deal with weight and body fluctuations? Are they normal? What impact does weight loss have? I have found some tips that have really helped over the years which I hope will help!

Secondly, when is too old to learn new skills/what if you aren't experienced? Most of mu hobbies I have learnt in my late 20's, early 30's and I 100% know that age is just a number and experience doesn't matter! I would love to hear your thoughts below! x
