In today's episode I'm heading out into the country to pay a visit to The Famous Hare & Hounds and take on their infamous 'The Animal' mixed grill challenge.

This one is reasonably new; having only been around two months or so, but it's yet to be defeated.. So, you know, I feel it's incumbent upon me to fix up. This one costs £35.99 and consists of sirloin steak, thick cut gammon, one huge sausage, chicken breast, onion rings, mushrooms, double cooked chips and a big pile of salad. It is a pay-to-play, so it's not on the house if you win, but you do make the wall of fame and get a free drink!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.

Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.
