Testing Claire Saffitz's Malted-Chocolate "Forever Brownies" | Claire Saffitz x Dessert Person Level 2 Recipe

Claire Saffitz explains that she did not have a go-to brownie recipe until she came up with the Forever Brownie recipe. This recipe for me was a perfect mix of cakey, fudgy and chewy. It really is a Forever Brownie, I personally will not be making any other brownie recipe for a while. This recipe was easy to make, there were no fancy equipment needed and it was ready in under 30 minutes. Another reason why I love this brownie recipe is because it can be varied. Claire Saffitz gives three! variations in the Dessert Person Cookbook, mint, nuts, or whole grain.
