10 minute Stretching exercises // Relieve Tension & Increase Flexibility

You will feel amazing after this great stretching routine! I was feeling so good that I went two minutes over. Oops!
This video is great after a workout to cool down and stretch your muscles. Or it's great on its own to feel good and work on your flexibility. All exercises are performed on the mat. Feel free to add a pillow to support your head when we are lying down, or to support your hips when we are in a seated position. You could use a stretch strap if needed as well. All exercises are appropriate for beginners and seniors.
Remember to take nice deep breaths while you are stretching to help relax your muscles and your mind. Please don't push yourself in any of these stretches. You should never feel a sharp pain.
These exercises are wonderful to reduce lower back pain as well as release tension.
