The Vanilla Chiffon Recipe - 17cm or 7inch tube pan

3 large eggs (60g each, including shell)
45ml oil (3 tbsp)
50ml milk (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
60g cake flour (6 tbsp) + a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
55g sugar (4 tbsp)

* Please pre heat the oven for at least 15 - 20 minutes at 170C

* No need to grease the pan and remember to cool the cake up side down to maximize the cake's height
