We were almost bored to death after staying at home for months due to the pandemic. So, we decided to go to an Asian Market for grocery shopping, Wow, the maine lobsters is on sale, $7.98/lbs !!! We took home 2 and turned these big guys into yummy Oven Baked Garlic Butter Lobsters.
上一个奶油蒜蓉烤龙虾，也稍微记录一下一家人在美国的生活状况。其实我们防疫在家很多个月了。昨天实在是闷得慌。想说在还未变成蜘蛛侠家族之前去亚洲超市逛一逛，顺便买些东南亚食材回家。正巧碰上龙虾有促销，所以拿了两只回家。

Ingredients 材料：
1）Lobster 龙虾 - 2 (~5 lbs)
2）Lemon Juice 柠檬汁
3）Salt 盐
4）Black Pepper 黑胡椒粉
5）Italian Seasoning 意式香料
6）Melted Butter 融化牛油 - 100g
7）Minced Garlic 蒜蓉

Baked in preheated oven 400°F/200°C for 15mins。
放在预热好的烤箱400°F/200°C 烤 15mins
