INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 TABLESPOON AGAR AGAR POWDER
4 TABLESPOON WATER
MIX WELL & KEEP ASIDE
12-15 PIECES CHOCOLATE DIGESTIVE BISCUITS
2.5 CUP LIQUID MILK
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
2 TABLESPOON CORN FLOUR
MIX WELL
PUT THE BISCUITS IN THE MIXTURE
MIX UNTIL THE BISCUITS DISSOLVE
HEAT UP THE MIXTURE
1/4 CUP CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE
MIX THE AGAR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL BECOME THICKEN
7 INCH GLASS MOULD
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULD
KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
FLIP THE MOULD ON A BOARD
SPREAD SOME CHOCOLATE SYRUP
SPREAD GRATED CHOCOLATE
SPREAD AGAIN SOME CHOCOLATE SYRUP
CUT INTO SLICES
