鳳凛の旅記録🍃

今回は初めてゲスト参加での温泉旅！！！
温泉に浸かりながら、お湯について語り合ったり、
日常会話をしたり、おすすめの温泉を教え合ったり、
そんなシーンを撮影することがとても憧れでした。

今回は初めてのゲストということで、私の大学時代の友達に声をかけ、
タイミングよく合流することができました♪
女性2人が温泉に浸かる光景もいいですし、
何より温泉の魅力を相手に伝えようという情熱が芽生えることが
自分にとって、とてもいいことだと思いました。

今回は、猿ヶ京温泉 湯元 長生館さんに行ってきました。
こちらの旅館には野趣あふれる元祖「野天風呂」があります。
露天風呂とは違い開放的な空間で、
目の前の谷川連峰を望み、温泉に浸かることができます。
内湯の雰囲気もまた良く、大きな窓から赤谷湖を眺めることができ、
内湯ながら外にいるような感覚を味わえます。

お湯は、マイナスイオンミネラルが豊富で、
特にカルシウムが多量に含まれているなど飲用効能もあり、健康によいといわれています。

野天風呂と内湯でそれぞれ料金が別なので、好みの方へ入ることをお勧めします。

猿ヶ京はカヤックやスキーなどのアクティビティもあるので、汗をかき、温泉に立ち寄るのもいいかもしれません。

This is our first trip to a hot spring with guest participation!
While soaking in the hot springs, we talked about hot water and

This time, as a first-time guest, I called on my college friends and we were able to meet up with them at the right time.

I love the sight of two women soaking in a hot spring.
Above all, I thought it would be great for me to develop a passion for conveying the charms of hot springs to others.
I thought it was a very good thing for me.

This time, I visited Sarugakyo Onsen Yumoto Choseikan.
This ryokan has the original "open-air bath," which is full of natural beauty.
Unlike an open-air bath, it is an open space.
The baths are open to the public and offer a view of the Tanigawa mountain range.
The atmosphere of the indoor bath is also good, with a view of Lake Akaya through a large window.
The large windows provide a view of Lake Akaya, making you feel as if you are outside the bathhouse.

The water is rich in negative ion minerals.
The water is said to be good for one's health as it contains a large amount of calcium, which is especially good for drinking.

The open-air baths and indoor baths are each charged separately, so it is recommended that you choose the one you prefer.

Sarugakyo also offers activities such as kayaking and skiing, so it may be a good idea to stop by the hot springs after working up a sweat.
