carrot - 250 g (8.8 oz)
onion - 200 g (7 oz)
sweet cooking cream - 600 ml (20.3 fl oz)
pork neck - 1.2 kg (42.3 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
basil - 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/50 minutes
