How to Cook Sinigang Salmon| Salmon Head Sinigang
Ingredients:
2 tbsp - olive oil
2 tbsp - garlic
2 thumbsized - ginger
1 cup - onion
4 pcs - spicy chilis
1 cup - tomatoes
1 tbsp - fish sauce/patis
330 grams - small taro roots
5 cups - water
4 stalks - lemon grass
700 grams - Salmon Head
1 pc - green chili
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tsp - salt
450 grams - mustard leaves
1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice (adjust as per liking)
***garnish with spring onions & spicy chilis
Cooking Time: approximately 45 minutes
