Sea Chela/Samodric Chela fish onion vuna recipe by village lady for 250+ people.

About 50+ KG big size chela fish bought from local fish market to feed full village people.

First women cutting fish into small small pieces and then they clean all the fish using pure water.

Then they mixed up some spice mashala with the fish and fry it in hot oil.

In the mean time others women prepared all kind of spice ingredient. All the ingredient name added with the video as English subtitle. They mainly use huge onion to cook dry curry of this sea fish.

After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people with fish curry rice and watery daal.
