This workout combines both cardio and strength exercises which research shows is best for losing weight. Cardio exercises are great for burning calories during your workout, while strength exercises are great for burning calories days after your workout.
We have just 2 weeks to lose 1-2 kg. All you have to do is:
1) Follow the 2 week schedule provided in this video
2) Avoid all your favourite sugary sweets
3) Weigh yourself everyday first thing in the morning
