Ingredients:
pork tenderloin - 800 g (28.2 oz)

for the filling:
oil - 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
carrot - 1 piece
red onion - 2 pieces
mushrooms - 150 g (5.3 oz)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)

for the surface filling:
cheese cream - 200 g (7 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic - 3 cloves
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) / 25 minutes
Tray size 22 X 14 cm (8.66 x 5.51 in)
