Ingredients 配方:
fresh milk 180 ml 鲜牛奶180毫升
all-purpose flour or bread flour 300 g 中筋面粉或面包粉300克
unsalted butter 25 g 无盐黄油25克
whole egg 58 g 鸡蛋1个 58克重
Granulated Sugar 15 g 1 tbsp 白糖15克
Instant yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐3克
dried meat floss 30-40 g 肉松30-40克
Mayonnaise 美乃滋(蛋黄酱)
2 green onion 2根小葱
vegetable oil 2.5 ml 1/2 tsp 炒菜油2.5毫升
a pinch of salt 0.5 g 盐0.5克
sesame & Seaweed (optional) 熟芝麻和海苔(选项)
Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 15 minutes or until brownish top
