If you don't have that Sam will give you a great tip on how to get vibrant galaxy-like colors naturally without any artificial coloring added. It's a feast for your eyes and your stomach!

RECIPES IN THIS EPISODE:



🌈RAINBOW GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of any white cheese (shredded)

2 slices of bread

butter

food coloring (red, yellow, blue, green or any other colors you like!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

* Divide cheese between four bowls evenly.

* Add 2-3 drops of food coloring to one bowl, stir it well with a fork until all cheese in a bowl is coated.

* Repeat the previous step with other bowls using different colors.

* Add the cheese to one slice of bread in shape of lines, be careful not to mix colors.

* Cover your rainbow sandwich with another bread slice.

* Add some butter to a hot pan and wait until it's melted

* Place the sandwich on a pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until bread turns golden brown and all the cheese melts.

* Remove from heat, cut AGAINST the original cheese lines and enjoy your rainbow cheese sandwich!



🌈RAINBOW PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. white sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 egg

1 1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

HOW TO MAKE IT:

* Whisk the egg with sugar until the mixture is fluffy.

* In a separate bowl mix together flour, milk, oil, and baking powder.

* Combine both mixtures together.

* Divide the batter into separate bowls.

* Add different colors to each one.

* Heat up a skillet and cook your rainbow pancakes. Don't keep them on the skillet for too long or they'll turn brown!

* Eat your personal pancake rainbow with honey, jam, butter or maple syrup!



🌈RAINBOW SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS:

1 box of spaghetti noodles

food coloring

grated cheese

olive oil

TUTORIAL:

* Cook spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.

* Add different colors of food coloring to four separate bowls.

* After the noodles are done divide them between colored bowls.

* Stir each portion of spaghetti well until it's evenly coated with color.

* Mix all colors together, add some olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.

* Ecco, your Italian lunch or dinner is served!



🌈Colorful sunny-side-up fried eggs

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

red cabbage

lemon

vegetable oil



🌈RAINBOW WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS:

belgian waffles (homemade or store bought)

light blue frosting

mini-marshmallows

sour candy belts (rainbow colored)
