Ingredients 材料 :
125g butter （牛油）
125g margarine （菜油/面包油）
120g (1 cup) icing sugar （糖粉）
1 egg yolk（蛋黄）
1/2 tsp vanilla essence （香草精）
250g (2 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
60g (1/2 cup) corn starch （玉米粉）
60g (1/2 cup) custard powder （蛋黃粉/吉士粉）

Some red cherries （diced)
少许红樱桃，切碎

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以160°C上下火烤15分钟。
