Ingredients

• All Purpose Flour- 3 Cups
• Fennel Seeds-1 tbsp
• Chilli Flakes- 3 tbsp
• Water – 1 Cup
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
• Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp
• Oil
• Salt
• Curry Leaves

Cooking Method.

1. In a bowl add All Purpose Flour, Chilli Flakes, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and mix well.

2. Add water gradually and make a smooth, non- sticky dough.

3. Add some oil mix well.

4. Take some batter, make round & flat it (apply little oil).

5. Cut the dough into any shape.

6. Deep Fry.

7. Add Salt, Chilli Powder and mix well
