Yoga Stability Ball Workout // Gentle Seated Toning Exercises for Seniors & Beginners
You will feel great after this toning full body workout on the stability ball! These exercises incorporate the best moves from both yoga and pilates.
There are lots of modifications in this workout so it works well for people at all different levels.
This workout is fun and easy to follow at your own pace. It includes exercises that are wonderful for the hips and lower back.
The wider to step your legs out, the more stable or better balance you will have. If your legs are set more narrow it will be more of a challenge. Make the workout your own!

Any stability ball will work for this video. I'm using a ball that has a cover over a regular exercise ball. The cover is great if you want to use it as a desk chair. It has a handle to you can carry it easy and also has grippers on the bottom so it sits flat and won't slip as easily.
