2. Bread Dough

30g Dough start
20g Softened unsalted butter 1.41tbsp
3.Dough starter ïŒ
70ml Water 1/4cup+3/4tbsp
1g Yeast 1/4tsp
100g All-purpose flour 1/2cup+3tbsp
1g Salt 1/8tsp
* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 15 minutes
