Peeled potato 540 g
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder 0.7 g (1/4 tsp)
Sausage 3-6 or more mini size
2 eggs
Bread crumbs

Some oil for frying
Oil temperature 170-180℃ (340-356℉)
