6寸巧克力戚风蛋糕,我是在原味戚风蛋糕基础上改变了一些,做出的口感更加湿润绵软
想做8寸的量是6寸的2倍,9寸的话x2.5倍
If you want make 8 inch chocolate chiffon cake. please time two for all ingredients.
Ingredients 食材:
1. Chocolate yolk batter 巧克力蛋黄糊:
* 40g Corn oil 玉米油 3tbsp
* 50g Milk 牛奶 3tbsp+1tsp
* 15g Sugar 糖 1tbsp+1tsp
* 15g Cocoa powder 可可粉 2tbsp
* 50g cake flour 低筋面粉 1/3cup+1/2tbsp
* 3pcs Egge yolk
2. Meringue蛋白霜:
* 3pcs Egg white 蛋白
* 2g Lemon juice 柠檬汁 1/2tsp
* 30g Sugar 糖 1/8cup
* 3-8g Corn starch 玉米淀粉 1tsp
Preheat the Oven 150°C(300℉)baking for 50 minutes
