1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (400 g) ultrafine sugar
1 tbsp (8 g) cornstarch
1 tsp cream of tartar
For Whipped Cream:
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, chilled
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (60 g) confectioner’s sugar
For Lemon Curd:
2/3 cup (158 ml) freshly-squeezed lemon juice, strained
2 eggs plus 4 egg yolks
1 cup (200 g) sugar
½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups fruit or berries, for topping
