* 120g Milk 1/2cup
* 30g Sugar 1/8cup
* 2g Salt 1/4 tsp
* 3g Instant yeast 1 tsp
* 1pcs Egg （55g+-）
* 30g Unsalted butter 1oz
* Oil
* Custer Sugar

The temperature of oil for frying donuts（160°C（320℉））
