Omelet Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients for Sandwich Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Onion Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp

Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 3
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Onion (chopped) 2tbps
Capsicum (chopped) 2tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 2tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 1tsp
Fresh Coriander (chopped) 2tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Cheese Mixture:
Mozzarella + Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Butter (for brushing) as required
Oil (as required)
Bread slices 2 (without edges)
Cheese mixture as required
Egg mixture

Directions for Sandwich Sauce Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard paste, salt, black pepper. Mix well and your sandwich sauce is ready.
Directions for Cheese Mixture Preparation:
2. In another bowl, add grated cheese, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and mixed herbs. Mix well and set aside until used. Your cheese mixture is ready.
Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
3. Now, take another bowl, break eggs in it, add salt, black pepper and chili flakes and whisk in together until well combined.
4. Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes, chilies, and coriander and whisk in again and keep aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Now take a bread slices and cut the edges. Then spread butter on one side of the bread.
6. Transfer the bread sliced to the pre-heated griddle and toast one side of slices until light golden brown.
7. Add prepared cheese on top of one of the bread slices and flip the other slice on top of it. Take off the griddle and set aside.
8. On the same griddle, add some oil and pour the egg mixture. Spread it evenly to the edges of the griddle and let cook on low heat for 2-3minutes until half cooked.
9. Now, place the toasted bread sandwich in the center of the omelet and fold the side of the omelet inwards covering the top of the sandwich. Flip over and cover for a minute.
10. Take off the flame cut in halves and serve your Cheese Omelette Sandwich with prepared sauce.

Cooking Time: 10 mins
