THE WORKOUT:
RDL’s || 10 reps slow & controlled x 3 to warm up
Banded hip thrusts || 10-15 reps slow controlled x 2 warm up
Working set:
hip thrusts || 8 reps x 3 sets
Superset:
B-stance hip thrusts || 8 reps/side x 3
banded hip thrusts || 15-20 reps x 3
Superset:
RDL || 8 reps x 3 sets
Sumo squat || 10 reps x 3 sets
Seated abductions || 10 reps x 4 sets
