5:40 Forward-Side Lunge
6:26 Forward-Side Lunge (on the other side)
7:11 Reverse Leg Raise
7:55 Reverse Leg Raise (on the other side)

Cool Down:
8:45 Forward Bend
9:04 Hip Stretch
9:28 Quad Stretch
10:08 Twist and Hug

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
