Ingredients:
pork chop - 800 g (28.2 oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
Fry on both sides for 4 min
onion - 6 pieces
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sodium bicarbonate - 5 g (0.18 oz)
white wine - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
Cook over medium fire for 20 min
