Hi!

Surprise! A workout on a Sunday! I thought I would mix it up this week and work your booty one more time before the holidays (for those of you celebrating thanksgiving) otherwise it’s just another week closer to the end of wellness month! How was your weekend? What is something you are working towards this month?

I had quite a busy week that was expected and some parts unexpected at the same time! There were some moments where I felt as if things were out of my control but it felt good to turn on some music and start moving. This is one of my go to workouts for when I want to really tone my legs and butt. Weights are optional but I love using them for an extra push. Let me know what you think and if you’d like to see more high intensity type of workouts or prefer pilates from me.
