Ingredients:
pork belly - 2 kg (4.4 lb)
garlic - 50 g (1.76 oz)
salt - 20 g (0.7 oz)
black pepper - 15 g (½ oz)
sweet paprika - 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic powder - 20 g (0.7 oz)
coriander - 15 g (½ oz)
IN THE OVEN 150 °C (300 °F)/2 HOURS

for the sauce:
apple - 1 piece
sugar - 5 g (0.18 oz)
butter - 10 g (0.35 oz)
tomato paste - 20 g (0.7 oz)
water - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
soy sauce - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
