蒸鲜奶优格蛋糕 蓬松香软 不需要打法 Steamed Milk Yogurt Cake Soft And Fluffy | No Mixer No Oven
分享一个自己很推荐的蒸鲜奶优格蛋糕。它Q弹,蓬松香软,吃了不会卡喉。有别于部分蒸蛋糕的食谱,这个鲜奶优格蛋糕放凉了也不会变硬,热吃冷吃都很适合。
蛋糕的做法简单,虽然只是一盆到底,不需要技巧的手拌式做法,但它的口感松软,不会扎实,而且会越嚼越香。有兴趣的朋友不妨试一试。
材料:
1)蛋 – 2个
2)白糖 – 80g
3)盐 – 1/2 tsp
4)香草精 – 1 tsp
5)鲜奶 – 120g
6)优格 – 50g
7)融化牛油 – 30g
8)低筋面粉 – 120g
9)泡打粉 – 1 tsp
10)苏打粉 – 1/4 tsp
*我用希腊优格,你可以用原味或无糖优格代替。
*建议蒸锅的盖子用干净的毛巾包着,防止水滴落在蛋糕的表面。

4)Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
5)Milk – 120g
6)Yogurt – 50g
7)Melted Butter – 30g
8)Cake Flour – 120g
9)Baking Powder – 1 tsp
10)Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
*I used Greek yogurt. You can replace it with plain yogurt or sugar-free yogurt.
*Cover the lid with towel while steaming to prevent water from dripping onto the cake.
