*Ingredients
1. Dough
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour
25g (2 tbsp.) Sugar
170g (0.7 cup) Lukewarm milk
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
15g (1 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
2. Oil flour batter
30g (3 tbsp.) All-purpose flour
60g (4 tbsp.) Melted unsalted butter
Important tips.
1. You only need one fermentation for this recipe, about 40 minutes after cutting.
2. Knead it into a dough, let it relax for 10 minutes, and then continue to knead it, it will be a smooth dough soon.
3. Roll the dough into a rectangle ( about 20x50cm) Sheet, and then roll it up from the short side.
4. Cut with a sharper knife, cutting in a back-and-forth push-pull manner. The thickness is about 1.5cm
5. Heat the dough on medium-low heat, about 160°C (320°F), if the heat is too high, the bread surface will be black. Cook on one side about 4 minutes, it will take 8 minutes in total.
