20 minute full body resistance band workout using a Thera band

Hello! Welcome to SeniorShape! Join me for a great resistance band workout.

We start this workout with a quick standing warmup to get the blood flowing and to warm up the muscles. We will work the legs in a standing position with the band doing some squats, leg lifts, lunges and calf raises.
In a seated position we will work the shoulders, triceps, upper back and biceps!
Make sure to stay for a few quick stretches.
We will work the entire body will unique exercises so that your body is challenged and is never boring!

If you don’t have a Thera band, a resistance band with handles would work great as well.

Remember to go at a pace that you are comfortable with and to adjust your resistance when you need to. The more slack in the band, the easier it will be. Tighten it (use less band) to make it more challenging.
