鹽1小撮(我家口味較淡可自行增加微調）
蒜（磨成泥）1大匙
薑（磨成泥）1小匙
自製五香粉 0.5小匙（喜歡味道單純原味的可以不加）
炸粉：
粗顆粒地瓜粉200公克
糯米粉40公克
