9寸 ~25塊

雞蛋 Eggs 4
牛奶 Milk 400ml
低筋麵粉 Cake flour 80g
粟米油 Corn Oil 20g
砂糖 Sugar 40g
鹽 Salt 1g

砂糖 Sugar 60g
水 Water 15ml
淡忌廉 Whipping cream 75ml
牛油 Butter 10g

淡忌廉 Whipping Cream 700ml
砂糖 Sugar 70g

▼步驟 Instructions

1. 首先打發雞蛋,在碗中加入100毫升牛奶,篩入麵粉,再加入餘下的牛奶
2. 再加入油砂糖鹽,攪拌均勻後冷藏1小時
3. 在平底鍋中,加入麵糊,每張煎約2-3分鐘,放涼後冷藏1小時
4. 在鍋中加入砂糖、水,煮至焦糖色後,加入忌廉、牛油,備用
5. 忌廉加入砂糖打發後,在每張餅皮間抹上忌廉,最後在蛋糕頂上抹上焦糖醬
