Catch and Cook Sous Vide - Mangrove Snapper, Grouper, and Many More Fish!

Catch n Cook, but this time we went on my boat! Not Ninja's boat so I hope you enjoy this awesome fishing trip where we were targeting mangrove snappers (aka gray snapper) from South Florida waters! We ended up catching many species of fish including: Snappers, Groupers, Porgy, Grunt, Parrot Fish, Trigger Fish and many more! This fishing trip was out of beautiful Biscayne Bay Florida.

After the awesome catch we ended up splitting the catch 4 ways. With my cut I made an awesome dish which I hope you enjoy it very much. I fillet all the fish to make sure they were all boneless and made an awesome Brazilian style sauce which I hope you enjoy it.


HOW TO CATCH N COOK SOUS VIDE MANGROVE SNAPPER
I cooked the sauce and fish ! (160°F) (71.1°C)


HOW TO COOK YOUR CATCH (I used snapper but any fish will work)
* I seasoned it with my favorite sea food seasoning (you can use any you like)
* Some butter to taste (depends on the amount of fish I used about 1/4 cup)

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST SAUCE YOU WILL EVER EAT!
* 2 Cans of Table Cream
* 1 Can of Petite Tomato Diced
* Salt to Taste
* Pepper to Taste
* Sriracha Sauce to Taste (I used 1 tbs)
* French Baguette Bread

** IMPORTANT - Mix the sauce well before sealing the bag! This is an important step which you can not skip.

COMPLETE SAUCE PREPARATION AND INGREDIENTS USED

* Black Sesame Seeds
* Green Onions
* Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
