[INDONESIAN]
Resep Tempe Lada Hitam (untuk 2-3 porsi)

Bahan:
250 gr tempe
70 gr maizena
1 butir telur
4 sdm air
½ sdt kaldu jamur / penyedap
3 siung bawang putih

Bahan saus lada hitam:
2 sdm margarin
1 sdm minyak
4 siung bawang putih, cincang
6 siung bawang merah, cincang
220 ml air
20 gr lada hitam, sangrai, haluskan
2 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm kecap inggris
1 sdm kecap asin
½ sdt minyak wijen
3 sdm Royco Saus Tiram
2 sdt kaldu jamur
120 gr saus tomat

Bahan lainnya:
½ buah bawang bombai
2 buah cabai merah
2 buah cabai hijau

Langkah:
1. Untuk saus, panaskan minyak tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah, tumis beberapa saat hingga wangi
2. Masukkan margarin, aduk rata lalu masukkan lada hitam, tumis beberapa saat
3. Tambahkan air, saus tomat, kecap inggris, kecap asin, Royco Saus Tiram, minyak wijen, gula pasir, dan kaldu jamur, masak beberapa saat. Sisihkan
4. Potong tempe lalu suwir, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
5. Masukkan bawang putih , telur, air, maizena, dan kaldu jamur, aduk rata
6. Panaskan minyak, goreng tempe hingga kecokelatan dan kering, tirikan
7. Potong kotak cabai merah, cabai hijau dan bawang bombai lalu tumis sesaat di wajan yang sama
8. Masukkan tempe dan setengah saus lada hitam, aduk rata
9. Tempe lada hitam siap disajikan

[ENGLISH]
Black Pepper Tempeh Recipe (yield 2-3 servings)

Bahan:
250 g tempeh
70 g cornstarch
1 pc egg
4 tbsp water
½ tsp mushroom stock powder / MSG
3 clove garlic

Black Pepper Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp oil
4 clove garlic, minced
6 pc shallot, minced
220 ml water
20 g black pepper, toasted, ground
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Royco Oyster Sauce
2 tsp mushroom stock powder
120 g ketchup

Others:
½ pc onion
2 pc red chili
2 pc green chili

Steps:
1. For the Sauce, heat oil. Sauté garlic and shallots for a moment until fragrant.
2. Add margarine. Stir, then add black pepper and cook for a moment.
3. Add water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Royco Oyster Sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and mushroom stock powder. Cook for a moment. Set aside.
4. Slice the tempeh and pinch into chunks. Place in a bowl.
5. Add garlic, egg, water, cornstarch, and mushroom stock powder. Mix well.
6. Heat the oil. Fry the tempeh until golden brown and crisp. Set aside.
7. Dice the red chili, green chili, and onion. Stir-fry for a moment in the same pan.
8. Add the tempeh and half of the Black Pepper Sauce. Mix well.
9. Black Pepper Tempeh is ready to serve.
